Sketch of a Fauness

I need to be posting more, so here is a quick sketch from yesterday.

Hey Anthony, Awesome drawing, I love the form lines on her shoulder.

By the way, I meant to ask you what colors your currently using for oil painting. Its a hobby of mine to collect other artist palettes, even though they change from time to time..I know mine does.

My main palette which hasn't changed much lately has been:
Titanium White, Ivory Black, Alizarin Crimson, Cadmium Red Deep hugh, Cadmium Orange (if I'm not using Cadmium red light and Cadmium yellow light), Burnt Umber, Yellow Ochre, and Cobalt Blue.

I use Raw Umber for under painting my values.

Other colors I'll throw in when I need them: French Ultramarine, Phthalo Blue, Permanent Rose, Zinc White, and Flake white. That pretty much covers it.

Thanks, Im going to add this to my growing collection of artist palettes. Also, Congratulations on being chosen as an Arc Salon finalist. Those two portraits you did are awesome!
